Elan co-founded Moda Outdoor Living in December 2021 with Ilan Koifman, after the two met training for Ironman. Moda is a licensed design-build contractor based in Woodland Hills (CSLB #1102152, classifications B, C-27 and C-53) and a PHTA verified pool builder. Elan writes Moda's guides on pools, hardscape, kitchens and structures from what the team sees on real job sites.
